Running a business is stressful enough without worrying about calls being missed and business being lost. This service comes with peace of mind built in; we simply take care of the issue. No matter what is going on in your life or your business you can rely on your phones being answered promptly and professionally.
Staying focused and doing what you do best is critical. Unscheduled calls can be very disruptive, taking you away from what you are good at. Calls diverted to us mean you can get on with your day and deal with the result of incoming calls when you are ready and not before.
At the end of each month, you will receive a report detailing all calls. Details will include the date, time, call length and who on our team answered your call. This will include out of hours calls and acts as an ongoing call log.
We will take control of your business line or if you don’t have one we will set it up. You can choose a regional, national or freephone number and decide how and when it will be answered.
You will be allocated a dedicated number to divert all your calls to. You can divert your standard landline, mobile phone and Skype calls.
All calls that come through on your dedicated line will be answered in your company name and we will follow the pre-agreed script that we agree on. It is totally up to you.
How you receive the information about the call we have answered is up to you. Some clients choose email or text message. If you would like us to return the call, you simply tell us how you would like us to respond.
