How do you assign my Virtual Assistant to me? We carefully match you and your business to the member of our team. We look at your personality, the workload and type of tasks required and map your requirements against our people, their skills and personalities.
Will my Virtual Assistant be working for other clients too? Yes, each Virtual Assistant works for a small number of other clients. This allows us to offer you increased flexibility, so you only pay for what you use; there is no salary, no contracted hours – just a dynamic resource that you can call upon when you need help. We are proud of our professionalism, we have strict data security and confidentiality measures in place for your peace of mind.
How can I communicate with my Virtual Assistant? You can communicate with your Virtual Assistant in a wide variety of methods, including telephone, email, through our website, text, post, messenger and Skype.
When can I contact my Virtual Assistant? Our working hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 10:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays. You can make direct contact during the above times and 24-7 via email.
Will my information remain confidential? We take client confidentiality very seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner and comply with the Data Protection Act. In addition, our terms and conditions offer you complete protection and we can sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement if required.
How much access do I get to my Virtual Assistant? As much as you need – your Virtual Assistant is available any time during normal office hours. The idea is that they ‘feel’ just like a member of your team (i.e. you can contact them whenever you like) but only pay when they are actually working on a task for you.
What happens if my Virtual Assistant goes on holiday? Your service will continue. Your Virtual Assistant works in a small team and when one member goes on holiday, colleagues from within that team will provide cover, completing your tasks on their behalf.
What happens if my Virtual Assistant is sick? Your service will continue. Unexpected sickness happens to us all from time to time, but because your Virtual Assistant works within a small team you’ll find there is always someone who is able to help.
How do I build a relationship with my Virtual Assistant? Whilst you’re not in the same office, technology makes it incredibly easy to connect, getting to know and trust your Virtual Assistant. We also encourage regular catch-up sessions (on the phone, video call or at our offices) to help create a strong and long-lasting relationship with your Virtual Assistant.
My business is complicated, how will you understand it? The short answer is – try us! How much does it cost? We charge a single “all-inclusive” hourly rate and you only pay when your Virtual Assistant completes a task for you.
Is there a long-term commitment or contract? There are no long-term commitments! We offer a simple, short, rolling contract that enables you to cancel your service at any time, by giving us notice.
Are there any hidden costs? Almost everything is included in our hourly rate, including outbound telephone calls we make on your behalf and most consumables (like paper). Sometimes, for example, if you need us to print lots of pages, we might ask you to pay for consumables in addition to this.

How long does it take to get set up? Once we’ve had a chat about your requirements and you’ve decided to go ahead, we can generally establish your account and assign your Virtual Assistant within 48 hours.
How can you answer my telephone calls? Your Virtual Assistant will assign you a special telephone number and explain how to divert your calls to it permanently, when you’re busy or when you’re out. Our special software means that your Virtual Assistant can see the call is for you and greet callers appropriately.
How is my sensitive data stored? We take data security very seriously. We are fully PCI Compliant and have multiple data security measures in place, including industry-standard firewalls with 256-bit encryption and a secure file storage.
Pricing You pay a simple hourly rate, only when your Virtual Assistant works on a task for you. There are no salaries, taxes or office costs and you don’t pay for time spent making tea or gossiping.
